“The Longest Palm Tree Shape Resort”. The Resort begins at the shore where its ballroom and some of its beachfront restaurants are located. From the lobby the villas form the bark and frond that configure into a Palm Tree. Each Palm frond is dotted with luxuriously appointed sea villas with the Club House as its centre featuring an infinity swimming pool. There are 392 villas and each villa is separated from the other at a comfortable distance. The villas range from 52sqm to 232sqm in size.

The Golden Palm Tree Sea Villas and Spa Resort Hotel, situated on a 5,000-acre mixed development project in Sepang Gold Coast, comprises 393 units of sea villas built on stilts over the sea and that takes the shape of a palm tree. The resort hotel measures 825.45m in length, and was expected to be operational in April 2010. The project was developed by Sepang Goldcoast Sdn Bhd, a joint venture of Permodalan Negeri Selangor Berhad (PNSB) and Sepang Bay Sdn Bhd.
